Nintendo controls 80% of female gaming market, considers building army

If Nintendo was a freshman in college, he’d be getting laid a whole lot - so says a new study conducted by the company. At a recent BMO Capital Markets event, NOA president Reggie Fils-Aime reveled that of the 11 million female gamers in America, 80% of them choose Nintendo. Hell, he even had some fancy slides to prove it. Where do the other two gaming companies fit in this pie chart? Xbox can lay claim to 11% of female gamers, while Sony takes the remaining 9%. Reggie isn’t surprised by these statistics, “It’s the result of a deliberate attempt to expand the market.” After the break, some awesome pie charts.
