Rumors started swirling the other day about a follow up to Capcom’s Street Fight IV. Now GameSpot has officially confirmed the title along with several details. As with previous “Super” titles, this one will rebalance previous fighters, as well as add eight more to the roster. Thus far only T. Hawk, Dee Jay and newly created Juri have been revealed.
Interestingly, Capcom maintains that enough has changed in this variation to warrant a stand-alone release – although, at a discounted price. Bungie made similar claims last year with ODST and we all know how that turned out. Likewise, the rebalancing will prevent owners of SFIV to play against owners of Super SFIV. But before you throw out your copy of Street Fighter IV, know that Capcom promises owners of both titles a special bonus. Release date has been tentavily set as Spring 2010 for both the 360 and PS3. Check out the teaser trailer after the jump.
